The Forum is also used for exhibitions during congresses or corporate events.

Its central situation facilitates the networking and the participants flow during your events. It benefits from a direct access to the main elevators and staircases. The Forum has three different offices which can be used as staff offices, storage rooms or business center. A choice of mobile equipment allows you to create a cloakroom, welcome or work area for the participants.

  • Where can I purchase tickets for an exhibition?

    Tickets for exhibitions at Beaulieu must be purchased from the organiser. Beaulieu SA does not manage ticket sales for exhibitions.

  • I am a wheelchair user, will I be able to access the areas?

    Beaulieu is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. The rooms are located in different buildings, so access is varied. The Event Manager will advise the event organiser as to the best option depending on requirements and availability.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    Depending on the event, the organiser may arrange an attended or unattended cloakroom. Beaulieu, however, does not have a permanent cloakroom.

  • I am looking for a venue for a birthday party

    Depending on availability, and subject to regulations, charities may hire our rooms. There are no special rates for this.

  • Can I choose my own contractors?

    Yes, you can choose your contractors. However, for safety reasons, certain basic facilities must be provided by our staff. You will find details about mandatory and optional services here.

    With regards to catering, we work with five exclusive caterers that you can discover at the following link.  You also have the option to choose an outside caterer, subject to an additional charge of 15%.

  • Can I bring animals?

    Animals are permitted at Beaulieu under the current legislation of the Canton of Vaud. Having animals at certain events requires authorisation from the cantonal veterinary office. However, if authorisation for the event has been sought via the POCAMA portal, it is not necessary to make an additional application to the veterinary office.   • When can the rooms be hired?

    The rooms can be hired from 7am until 11pm. However, it is possible to extend these hours for an additional cost.

  • Can I reserve parking spaces?

    Parking spaces can be reserved according to your needs and you may purchase group parking tickets at special rates for your participants. Should you choose to hire out the car park, access may be managed by a security system provided to you at an additional cost. However, please note that the car park can never be fully hired out, as some spaces must always remain available for people who have a permanent space.

  • I need to deliver equipment

    If you or your exhibitors have material to deliver on site prior to your event, please speak to your event manager who will confirm that items may be sent and stored in advance. This option is subject to the availability of storage areas on site and is only possible if receiving goods in advance does not incur costs.

    For deliveries that occur during the venue hire period, your event manager will be able to advise you on access and unloading areas depending on the space you are hiring. However, please be aware that only vehicles no higher than 1.9 meters can be parked in the underground car park. If your vehicle is larger than 1.9 meters, you must let us know. Depending on availability and other events, we can find you outdoor spaces.

  • Can we ship material in advance?

    Equipment may only be sent before the exhibition if prior consent is sought from the organiser. If arrangements have not been made in advance, merchandise cannot be received or stored.   Authorised deliveries are only possible if no costs are due on arrival.

    For deliveries and parking during the exhibition period, please refer to the instructions provided by the organiser.

  • I require storage space

    Requests for storage space must be sent to the organiser prior to the event.
